Jeff McFarlane took on the role of General Manager at Toronto Focus 1995, and has played an integral part in making Toronto Focus one of the top facilities in the Greater Toronto Area. He achieved this status by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Jeff's experience as a qualitative research project manager has seen him take on a wide range of projects. He has dealt with hundreds of Canadian and International clients, and always looks forward to any new challenges a project brings.

Jeff is a graduate of Seneca College in Toronto, and an active member of MRIA and MRA.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golf, traveling and waiting for the Leafs to win the Stanley Cup.

Julie Martin

Julie Martin joined Toronto Focus in 1996, and in her role as Assistant Manager plays an integral part in ensuring that every client’s experience at Toronto Focus is a positive one.

With her main focus being the individual needs of each client, Julie is responsible for assisting in all the details of facility bookings. She looks after every item from catering to office services to staffing needs as well as video and videoconferencing services.

Prior to joining Toronto Focus, Julie worked in the television and film industry. 

In her spare time Julie enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with her family.
